This class provides participants with the tools to manage their anger, express emotions, lower stress levels, build healthier relationships, and create positive change in their lives. Certificate upon completion of eight weeks of continual classes.

This class is for individuals who have resorted to coercive behaviors in a relationship but are ready for a positive change. This class will be taught in a trauma informed , caring, and non-judgmental environment. Certificate upon completion of eight weeks of continual classes.
